There are many,many people who have been coming to Kos for years and fall in love with the place. It is certainly easy to do - I have been here for 15 years. In the past it was difficult to buy a property, but for EU members it has become very easy and the real estate market has opened up for people who would like to live here permanently, or buy a holiday home.

Prices are not unreasonable and in light of the current economic crisis, now is a good time to buy for those in a position to do so.
