Each apartment in the block of 4 is 75 square meters and has balconies of 33 square meters. They all have 2 bedrooms and are suitable either as a permanent residence or as a holiday home. Being only 70 meters from the beach they are ideal for keen swimmers!!

 Full oil fired central heating systems, along with air conditioning, means that they can be enjoyed all the year round.

Tasteful kitchen units are already fitted and include an Inox extractor fan; double glazed windows with mosquito screens and electrically operated shutters are fitted; every apartment has its own septic tank; solar panels on the roof are connected to the electric system for the few days in the year when there isn't enough sunshine to do the job on its own.

Bathrooms are fully tiled and come complete with a hydromassage bath.

The last thing that may hold sway is a fully tiled roof terrace with the most fantastic views across to the islands. Just imagine sitting up there on an evening and watching the local ferry coming from Kalymnos with the sun setting behind it.........
