VILLA ULLA
The recently built Villa
Ulla is situated 3 kms. outside of the
village of Mastihari looking down onto the
Lido Water Park. Ideal for a truly
independent holiday, the 2 double bedroomed,
2 bathroom villa is set in the wild local
countryside whilst being not being too far
out to be inconvenient.
The villa can sleep 5
people comfortably, being 2 double bedrooms
with double beds (one of which has its own
en-suite bathroom) and 1 person can sleep on
the bed/sofa in the living room.
The fully equipped
kitchen includes a washing machine, full
sized cooker, large fridge (plenty of space
for beer and wine!), toaster, filter coffee
machine,water filter and kettle.
With terraces and
verandas off all rooms looking over the
Aegean sea to the neighbouring islands, or
to the mountains behind, you can enjoy
living outside whilst appreciating home
comforts.
The nearest bus-stop for
going into Mastihari or Kos town is a 10
minute walk away, as is the waterpark. The
nearest beach is about a 15 minute walk and
is at Tam Tam which is a lovely cafe with a
beach with sun beds and umbrellas. The beach
is all sand with beautiful clear water.
A 20 minute walk takes
you down to Bravo Beach Taverna/Cafe again
set on the beach with umbrellas and sunbeds.
Alternatively, we can
arrange to have a hire car waiting for you
either at the airport, or delivered to the
villa so you can come and go as you want to.
Bicycles are also a good option for getting
to and from the village and the local
beaches.

Prices include bed linen
and towel (which are provided) changing
twice weekly. If cleaning is required during
your stay it can be arranged at an extra
charge.
A deposit of 200 Euros is
required on arrival which will be returned
after appropriate inspection of the property
at the end of your stay.
